In this workshop you will learn more about your instrument, YOU!   The more awareness and connection you have to your body and breathing, the more freedom and beauty you have in your voice. As opposed to a piano or violin, our instrument as singers carries the stresses, habits, tensions and more from out daily life; from childhood to the present! As much as we can work on vocal technique, because of this, we cannot separate the attention needed for care of our bodies and understanding of how our body can work for us while we sing. It is all a process and takes time, in this workshop you will learn simple and straightforward tools. Through Exploration of awareness exercises you will dive into yourself in new ways
